We had a wonderful experience at Hayati Lounge, and a big part of that was thanks to Sami. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He made sure everything was perfect, checked on us throughout our meal, and provided excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and Sami's outstanding customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel valued, and Sami definitely does. We will definitely be coming back!

Hayati was such a beautiful experience from beginning to end. The decor alone is enough to make you stop & admire every detail — the ambiance is warm, elegant, cozy, & honestly so aesthetically beautiful it’ll have you wanting to ask who did the interior design so they can come decorate your home next 😭🤍 The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were so good, & the hookah was smooth and flavorful as well. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, & thoughtfully prepared. You can tell a lot of care goes into the experience here overall. One thing to note for anyone visiting: they do not serve alcohol & it is not BYOB. But honestly, the mocktails/drinks they offer are delicious enough that it didn’t even take away from the experience for me personally. What really stood out though was the service. Every single person was warm, attentive, & inviting. Even staff members who were not specifically waiting our table still made sure we were comfortable, checked in on us, & ensured we were taken care of without ever feeling overbearing. That level of hospitality is rare these days. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again. Beautiful atmosphere, amazing service, great food, great vibes

I recently visited Hyatt Restaurant & Lounge, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The interior is absolutely beautiful—very stylish and modern with a relaxing lounge atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that feels perfect for a chill evening, especially with the option of shisha, which adds to the whole vibe. The service was good as well. The waiters were attentive, polite, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Now, the highlight for me was definitely the food—it was genuinely very good. Everything we ordered was flavorful, well-presented, and clearly made with care. The only downside I would mention is that it is on the more expensive side, both for the food and the shisha. It’s not somewhere I would go regularly because of that, but it’s definitely a place I’d consider for a treat or special occasion. Overall, a beautiful spot with great food and a nice atmosphere—worth trying at least once if you’re in the area.

The food at Hayati was incredible. If you go, you HAVE to try the Kufta rum man from the hot appetizers trust me, you will not regret it. It’s honestly one of the best kufta we’ve ever had. The flavor was so unique and so good that it really stood out compared to anywhere else. The interior is absolutely stunning everything feels elegant, cozy, and beautifully done. I really hope this restaurant keeps this same level of quality because everything tonight was perfect. Our waiter, Mothana, was such a sweetheart. Super attentive, respectful, and really made us feel taken care of. He was a really good kid and added to the great experience. Overall, highly recommend this place. We left extremely happy and impressed.

Loved this place. Shisha was great and lasted nearly 3 hours. Bites were yummy. Staff were friendly. Wanted to highlight service from gentleman named Louis, cool dude. Also, big thank you to Zayed, the hookaero, for being so welcoming and providing good conversation and prompt coal changes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tell boss we need a third location in Massachusetts/rhode island. Until then, hope to come again soon
